Move Office 2007 and Vista to New PC

I recently installed Vista and Office 2007 on my existing home PC. It was a
reformat and clean install. Both have been authenticated by MS. Things run OK
except a little slow.

So I have decided to buy me a new PC and give my old one to my son :- )). I
would like to move Office 2007 and Vista to my new PC and reinstall XP and
Office 2003 on my old PC.

So.. The question is: Will I have a difficult, VERY difficult, or not be
able to move Vista and 2007. Any hints, links, suggestions, or FAQs
appreciated.

You'll probably have to call and explain the situationto get them
activated , but should have no problem if you have all the product
keys and docs.
