Move picture from one page to another

How can I move picture from one page to another? When I right click on picture, select Cut and then past the picture to another page, the image never show up.

What am I doing wrong?

Nothing... it should pop up on the page where you are pasting it. Try pasting it in a word document and then copy it from there to the new onenote page.
