Move rule only copies

I have Outlook 2000 and whenever I apply the Move to rule
(ie; when mail received, sent from, move to folder XX),
the rule copy's the email to the folder indicated. Hence I
end up with the same email in two places. Anybody know
what's up with that? Ideally, I want to MOVE the email TO
the indicated folder only.

You may have more than one rule acting on a particular message, creating
copies where you didn't expect them. Try adding "stop processing more
rules" to the end of your move rule and see if that helps.
