Move settings on Outlook 2008 on XP over to Vista

I copied over the .pst file and all my emails & contacts came over. However,
my Settings (signatures, email page settings,etc) do not show up. How do I
get ALL of what is on my PC (using XP) over to my laptop (usig Vista Home
Premiumn) and where do I put it in Vista?

There is no such thing as Outlook 2008. Did you mean 2007?

Signatures are in %AppData%\Microsoft\Sigantures and should go in the folder
that that path points to on Vista as well. I don't see any way to move page
settings (whatever those are). See this:
