Move the delete X away from the "Not Junk" option.

When deleting Junk Mail its too easy to hit the "Not Junk" when it is right
next to the X delete button. Move one of them away from the other.

That is a good idea. To customize it yourself, go to the Tools menu and
choose Customize. Then you can go to the toolbar and click and drag to move
either button to a different location.
