move to folder list

I was organizing my outlook folders recently and noticed that the Move to
folders list contains names of folders that I have deleted a long time ago.
How do I get them out of my move tofolder list?

Which version of Outlook?

I believe it's a registry setting. They should 'fall off' after selecting 10
or so other folders.

I am using Office (Outlook) 2003...

I doubt this is registrey setting. I have a new laptop and this is an
import of a PST file.

you imported the pst or opened it in outlook? it you imported it, the
settings are not stored in the pst as the information hidden in psts are not
imported.
