Move to folder problem in outlook 2007

I've created folders in my inbox, but I created too many. After I had
deleted them, I discovered they are still showing in the folder 'Move to
folder'.

When you select the folder, which has been deleted it come up with an error
message saying it can't be opened.

How do I get rid of these folders showing?

Remove them from the "Move to Folder history" MRU list. See this:
