Move to Menu Folder Quuestion

I had a message I wanted to save that was in my Entourage 2008 Deleted
Items folder, I selected the message and did a left click on the Move
to folder in the menu bar. This is where i screwed up. I selected by
mistake the Inbox-mbox option rather than the Inbox. I do not have an
Inbox-mbox folder and the message is gone forever.

How can I delete the dumb option for an Inbox-mbox from the Move to
folder on the menu bar?

What is an Inbox-mbox folder anyway? Do I need one?

This is such a strange thing I'm not sure this would help, but perhaps you
could try this on a message you don't care if you loose. Do the same steps
and then try command-Z to undo.
I must be the only person with this issue since nobody responded.

Can you send me a screen shot off list of your "move to" icon expanded to
show your folders? Also a screen shot of your folder list. I have no clue as
to what is going on.

Send me an email:

At some point in the past you exported an Inbox by dragging it to your
Desktop. Then you imported it back into Entourage by dragging it back.

Possibly you changed the period of the Inbox.mbox file to a hyphen
before dragging it back into Entourage.

Search Entourage for this folder and you should find your message.

Hope this helps!
