Moved Outlook and lost some features

In particular, typing a name in the "type a contact to find" returns
an error that it can't find the contact. Second, in the calendar, days
with scheduled are not shown in bold.

I copied the outlook.pst file from my other system and opened it in
Outlook 2003 as an Outlook Data File.

How do I move these features?

The Address Book is there. I can see (and sort) all the contacts. What
I can't do is find one quickly with the "Type a contact to find".

Another strange thing is opeining Outlook from the taskbar opens 2
copies of it.

Explain what you did to configure the Outlook Address Book after you moved
your data.
Verify that the Outlook Address Book contains only one reference to a
Contact Folder, and that the reference is correct.
