Moved workbook-File name, minimize, maximize and close are not vis

I resized a workbook file and in doing so, the file name, minimize, mazimize
and close and not visible. I move it up too far, so I can do drag the top
of the screen to resize it now. This is not on the Excel application, just
this one workbook.
