Movie playing in the background.

I want to embed a movie into the background of my slide template, so that
when I view the slide, I can still see the text for that slide. I have
slides done from animation factory that does this, but I can't figure out how
to do them myself.

Note: Some of the movies are animated gifs, others may be Windows Media files.

Any help would be appreciated.

First, gifs are not media files, so they can play in the background.
However, all media plays in front of any object in the presentation at
playback time. That's just the way PPT works.
