[Movie will not play more than 3 seconds]

I used a Sony to produce a movie and can only get it to play for approximately 3 to 4 seconds. The movie is almost 8 seconds in length

I used a Sony to produce a movie and can only get it to play for approximately 3 to 4 seconds. The movie is almost 8 seconds in length.

It's odd that the movie will play for 3-4 seconds, but not for the
entire time.

What codec does the Sony use to create the movie? Can you opt for
something more standard?
