moving 2003 MS-outlook e-mail files files from old pc to new pc w.

Trying to move old 2003 .pst files from old pc to new pc that has MS-Outlook
2007.. Or have some means to look at old e-mail when needed. I tried import
export which worked for contacts but when I did it for the e-mail all file
attachments plus send and recieve data was missing.
