Moving a dot

Zappo

I´m trying to produce a map (for hunting) in power-point. I want to mark a
place with a dot. The problem is that I can´t place the dot exactly where I
want to have it. When I´m trying to move the dot with the arrow-keys it takes
too long steps. Is it possible to change something so I can short down the
steps in all directions?

What Chirag said....but also....

On older versions of powerpoint it's the Alt key that temporarily turns off the "snap on grid".

For more grid options see the "draw" menu (bottom left) > Grid
