moving around using tabs and returns instead of the arrow keys.

Hello,

When using excel I keep moving out of cells when I try and change the
contents I have just typed.

Is there a way to tell excel to go into the f2 type edit cell mode as soon
as you start typing into a cell.

No. You have to press F2 or use the formula bar at the
top.
