Moving BCM07 to 64X PC Win7 OS

Bought a new Quad 64bit PC with Win7 OS as primary Workgroup machine.
Installed 64bit SBOffice with BCM. What is the most efficent way to move
data to new PC? BU to external HD the restore to new PC or another method?
Any help is appreciated -- a non-tech!
