Hello,
I have a customer who uses Entourage X or 2004. (can't remember which) on her iMac Intel. She has just purchased a MacBook to use when traveling. We installed Entourage on it and setup the account, which is working fine. I copied over her mailing list file from her main identity on the iMac to the Main identity on the MacBook, but I'm not seeing any of the contacts. Is this not the correct file that stores contact info?
Thanks in advance,
Julie

What is the "mailing list file" that you copied from here Main Identity?
No file with this name exists.

You can copy the entire "Main Identity" folder from one machine to the
other and place it in the same location and it will contain everything.
Be sure her new install of Entourage is fully patched.

If you don't see her messages when you open Entourage on the new
machine, select Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... and select her
"Main Identity".

Hope this helps!
