Moving Content Databases following the Playbooks

I'm in the process of creating a mirror environment of my Project
Server 2007installation. We've used playbooks to copy the
configurations of the site, and it's worked a treat.

Now I'd like to move the content across. Short of downloading and
using the import project plan, is there a quicker way of doing this?

I'm assuming we have to move the draft, published and archived
databases. Is there a tool out there to help with this?
