Moving documents between dosument libraries

Is there any way in a Project Server Project workspace that a user can move a
document from one document library to another document library without having
to save a copy of the document to their PC and then uploading it to the other
library?

Have the user apply the Explorer view when in the SharePoint site.

Once again Gary, thanks for that. I was led to believe that this couldn't be
done and I hadn't used the explorer view before.
