Moving e-mail addresses out of distribution lists

I have several distribution lists which were created by others consisting of
the name and the e-mail address only (They are not full Outlook contact
cards).

I cannot find any way to "add to contacts", move them individually, or
export them, like you can with for "full" contact cards in a distribition
list. My ultimate goal is to export the names and e-mail addresses to Excel.

I am using Outlook 2003 (from Office Professional 2003)
