Moving emails into public folders and tracking who moved them into it.

Hi all,

At work we have a general email folder that team members action. Each
email is from one source only.

Once that person has actioned the email, it is then 'moved' by that
person into a public 'logged' folder. My question is this:

Is it possible to scan the public 'logged' folder to see who moved
certain emails into it?

Any help would be appreciated.
