Moving embedded sound from PowerPoint to a separate file

I added sound to a PowerPoint presentation using a
microphone plugged into my computer. Is there any way to
extract the sound from each slide and save it as a
separate sound file for use in another application?

Use File/Save as Webpage. Your sound files will be in one of the resulting
