HI all
I use Office 2002 professional. under XP Pro I am not sure when this
phemonomon began but probably it goes back to a machine rebuild in Feb 2004
when I reinstalled all products and , in the case of Office, the service
packs.
When I move a mail item from say the inbox to a storage folder it invariably
opens a contact record and stores the email as an attachment in the contacts
record. Is there some setting I can switch or fix that I can apply
