moving formula resupts to another sheet automatically

I have a worksheet that I have to adjust the information to get the results I
need. I them want toi create another workbook putting the results in certin
columns.

last name first name first name
Column b
foumula to move just last name
Column c
Formula to move first name first name

New Work book

JV, if I understand your question properly it seems to me that a COPY, PASTE
SPECIAL, PASTE LINK would do the trick.
