Moving Forum (Disc. Web) to different domain?

Greetings All, I am using FP2003 to manage 3 domains. I used one of the
domains for a "discussion forum" that should reside on one of the other
domains. My question: Is it possible to just "drag & drop" files (on live
site) using FP? The Forum is "ASP" & Access DB. The forum only has about 40
members but I really don't want to lose any data. I realize I would need to
make sure all links (DB & login pages) are recalculated. Any other tips or
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Safest to publish the full existing site to a new local web then from there
publish it to the new
location.

If both sites have FPSE you may be able to open the current one 'live' and
publish directly to the new server but that will not give you a back-up.

Cheryl, thanks for your reply! I'm a bit confused though. All domains(web
sites) are on the same server(1and1) with FPSE, ASP and Access support & are
backed up to local web at two locations (laptop & desktop). I usually make
changes live on the web site(http) then publish back to local(c:/my webs...).
Well actually since I'm opening site live I understand that it becomes
"local" and my desktop/laptop becomes "remote". Sorry if I didn't make myself
clear.

Open the online DW site (domain1) in FP
Publish the local (domain1) to remote (domain2) as either
- root web (content of domain1 will overwrite domain 2!)
- a new subweb at domain 2 (domain2 root web will be unaffected)
