Moving from a Framed to a non-framed URL

I have a typical Framed Web page, with header, contents, and body. Most of
the links on contents pull up other pages and put them into the contents
area, just as desired. However, I want one link to go to another web site,
and show that page completely. In other words, I don't want the header or
contents to show. How can I do that?

You can make the target of that link be "_top" in which case the incoming
page will replace the frameset page, completely eliminating the frames.
