Moving from C to D

Mike

In earlier version of Outlook, one could run it in C
drive but store the data in "D".

My new lap top has small C drive and large D drive is
there any way of doing the same thing with Outlook 2003.
There is a file management system but if one changes the
default I don't think Outlook would read the files if run
in C but stored in D.

In Control Panel, click the mail icon. Look Under > Data Files/Settings/Add
You will have to create a new personal folder on your D drive and route any
new mail there.

The OP doesn't have to add a new file. He can simply close Outlook, move
the existing file to D, reopen Outlook, and point it to the new location
when it complains.
