Moving mail from OE from old PC to Outlook 2007 on new windows 7 p

[Completely Baffled]

New PC doesn't have OE--doesn't exist anymore. Help and all the posts assume
OE installed on new PC. Can anyone suggest how to do this? Thanks.

Configure Windows Live Mail on win 7 first to imnport your OE Indentity and
the wab file (addresses) then export to OL
