Moving Office 2010 & Outlook to New Computer

I am acauiring a new computer to replace my current one. I have
Office 2010 installed on the existing computer with lots of contacts
and calendar entries. Once I install Office on the new computer, to
get my existing Contacts/Calendar Entries/Mail Folders and Internet
Setup to the new computer, do I just copy the .pst file from the
existing computer to the new computer replacing the existing .pst on
the new computer? Would that do it for me?

Any insights/suggestions really appreciated.
