Moving Office Pro 2003

I upgraded my computer and want to move the current version of Office 2003
from the old computer o the new one. I understand I need to uninstall the old
Office 2003 before installing it on the new PC.
Is this the only thing I need to do?..uninstall re-install and activate?

That's pretty much it. If you have trouble activating over the Internet, use
the telephone method.
