I copied my outlook personal folders from Outlook 2002 computer to CD.
Online training from Microsoft says the file may become "read only" and to
right click and de-select the "read only" box. I get an "access denied"
message when I try to do so on both the old computer and the new computer.
How can I remove the "read only?" Thank you.
