Moving Personal Folder To Another Partition/Disk

My default partition of harddisk i.e. C:\ is almost full. I want to
shift/create a personal folder on the partition D:\ and link the same with
Outlook 2007 I have installed on C:\

Is it possible? Otherwise just keeping a backup on D:\ and deleting the one
on C:\ is a headache while accessing old emails.

Yes, it is actually quite simple; While Outlook is closed, just copy
your PST file from the original location to the new location, then
change the file location in Control Panel | Mail.

Once everything works fine, delete the old PST file.
