MOVING PICTURES IN WORD

I am trying to move a picture within a word document by
clicking and dragging it but it will not move. I have
tried to cut and paste it to another location within the
same document as well but does not work either. I have
done this before with older versions of word with no
problem at all. Please help.

Click on the picture, right click and select 'Format
Object' and select the Layout tab. Make sure the picture
is not 'Inline With Text'. If you select 'Square' (or one
of the other selections) you should be able to drag your
picture around.
