moving text in cells when scrolling

Why does my text move out of the cells when I scroll down
a worksheet? The text remains in the correct cell, but
visually on the screen it moves out of the cell and I am
not able to read the information in the correct cells?

Sounds like a display driver problem.

Does toggling the Scroll lock key do anything?
