Moving the detail bar

I would like to move the Detail Bar in the design view above my Menu_ID
header. How do I move the sections? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You would have to use MenuID Footer instead. All Headers are above the
Detail section and all Footers are below it. No way around that. You
might get the effect you want with a sub-report.
