Is there a way to move the contents of the InBox from one PC to another?
D DL Dec 4, 2008 #2 Is it only the inbox mail you want to move? Generally, with outlook closed, you copy the data file and paste it in eg Documents folder on the other PC. Then within Outlook open it (I'm assuming you are using a pst data file)
