On two different computers, both XP Pro SP1, using Outlook 2003, when
attempting to scroll down to see all of the messages in the Inbox, by
clicking and dragging the scrollbar, if I scroll all the way to the
bottom, the messages in the Inbox don't move along with my scrolling.
In other words, I'm still looking at the newest messages (messages are
sorted by date) even though I've scrolled down to the oldest messages,
until I let go of the mouse, at which point the Inbox 'jumps' down to
reflect where I've moved the scrollbar to.
On the other identical computer, the Inbox scrolling moves along with
the movement of the scrollbar.
How can I change the scrolling behaviour? There's a setting somewhere
to do it, I bet. Anyone know what or where it is? Thank you!
