Moving To a New PC

I purchased Office 2007 and installed it on my PC. I am now replacing that
PC with a notebook. Can I uninstall Office and install and register it on my
new notebook?

If its a retail edion, and assuming its not an upgrade version, in which
case you would require the qualifying app, yes.
Uninstall any trial first

Actually it depends on the license that you purchased. If you bought a
dell with Office 2007 on it, then no you can not transfer it (legaly)
If you purchased office 2007 from staples then it can be transfered.
There are different models Open and Closed (open you can move it to
other machines / closed you can only have it on one machine)
