MP3 sound file

I have attemped to do everything to insert a MP3 sound file into PP. I am not
getting any sounds... Any suggestions?

Create a folder, move the ppt and music to the folder. Then, re-insert the
sound and see if it works. Also, right click on the sound icon and click edit
sound object. See whether the volume is set to mute.
