When I inserted an MPEG file into a PowerPoint
presentation I got an error message that read "Create
MPEG32 TASK_CMD is not successful." The click comes in,
but when I run the slide show, only the audio plays. The
picture does not move.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do? This clip worked
fine when I inserted it into PowerPoint on a different
computer.
