I'm trying to put a powerpoint session with an MPG movie on my website but it
takes forever to play - - size is 24mb - - who can i get it to work for
everyone to see?

Are you trying to provide a full length "movie" of you giving your
presentation -- audio, animations, and all -- or do you just have one or two
slides that play movies?

24 MB will be a very long download for any user (even using streaming media from the host)
- suggest you rethink your presentation or warn users of the large download
