MPP File Size limitations

Does anyone have a rule of thumb as to what the maximum
practical MPP file size is in terms of max number of
tasks, max # of resources, etc.

We made an MSDN inquiry and even MS is a little vague on
this question - they thought that 32 Mbytes, excluding
graphics, was the limit, but were not 100% certain even on
this.

Millions of task, 100s of 1000s of resources.

Your machine will run out of RAM before you hit any size limit on the
MPP.
