MS 2003 Not Completely installed

I wanted to use AVERY Design PRO. They Said I need to have MS Word 2003
installed Completely

I have MS Word 2003
but When I Click to open it I Get Preparing to install, I Know thats to
Happen.
Then I get the MS 2003 Set up Box
What do i put in those Boxes
USERNAME
INITIALS
ORGANIZATION
PRODUCT KEY ?
Where do I Find CERTIFICATE of AUTHENTICITY if I do Not Have a CD

organization, the product key is the 25 digit code that is located on a
yellow/orange label on your CD case. If you don't have it, you need to look
for it.

Having tried the Avery Wizard, I'd suggest you not bother. Just my opinion.

I assume you mean that Office came preinstalled when you bought your
computer? If so, you need to contact your computer manufacturer but I
suspect they will not/cannot help you with a new product number.
