I have been using your SetGetFormScrollBar form to get a scroll bar position
in Access 2002. I could never get the form to work with Access 2003, the
form's scroll bar position resets to 0 when you click on the up arrow key
(all other keys work fine), you have to reset the database to get it to work
again. Any idea what is casuing Access 2003 to fail with this app.
