MS-Access 2007/2010 Compatibility with Windows Server 2003

I'm going to automate an email being sent out (from a MS-Access
function) through a vbscript that I'll create on a Windows Server
2003.

Is MS-Access 2007/2010 compatible with Windows Server 2003? I don't
want to buy a license and then find out that it's not compatible.
