MS Access 2007 report format error

Upon previewing an existing 2003 report in 2007, the detail section has
enlarged to 22 inches from 2 inches! This causes the preview and printer to
add two additional pages with nothing but the page header on them for each
original 2003 detail page. The design view does not allow for you to change
the detail size?!? What's up? BTW, if you view the same report in 2003
everything is fine.
