MS Access Disable mouse wheel

Hi, I am new to MS access, currently creating a database. I have created a
form and you can search for recods on that form. I have seen a lot of people
using the mouse wheel on access, and accidently they go through different
records and change them without any knowledge of it. Is there a way to
Disable the "MOUSE WHEEL" so that the user doesn'e scroll through records
when the mouse wheel is used????

You can't do this with a macro.
