MS Access import errors

I tried to import a text file into ms access 2007...first time i got the import error saying that "field truncation”. So I set up that particular column data type to 'memo'...n tried again, this time also I am getting the same error (field truncation)...I can able to import this file into access 2003.....there were so much difference in import/export options in 2007 compared with 2003.

Can anyone give the solution..? Or tell me the problems with access 2007?
