How can I edit MS Access ledger database in "Master Design View" ?

I'm not familiar with "MS Access ledger database". Is that a commercial
product?

I downloded it via ms templates. It's really simple and I thought it'd be
perfect as a learning tool.

When I try to change anything it says changes must be made in "Master Design
View"

That link seems to be there to provide feedback to Microsoft. I don't
understand how you "download it via ms templates."

Perhaps if you described a bit more about what you are trying to accomplish,
the newsgroup readers can offer more specific suggestions...
