MS Clip Organizer error code 0x80040155

My clip art doesn't work at all. When I want to insert clip art, it always
gives me the following error:
Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation.

Interface not registered
Error Code 0x80040155

The clipart worked fine for years. I started having spooling issues (so I
couldn't print things) and then this started happening. When I try to open
my Clip Organizer, it doesn't even show any clip art.

Help!
